The hotel's location is great, situated a short 10-minute walk from the beach. Despite being a bit run down, the beachside setting adds to its charm. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. While some may not speak English well, they go out of their way to assist you. The rooms, although a little bit dated, are very comfortable and clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is commendable. The breakfast buffet is a standout feature. With a wide variety of options, including sweets, hams, cheese, bread, honey.
All in all, everything was satisfactory. No major improvements needed.

Great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming staff. The hotel's location is perfect for both beach lovers and those attending conferences in the nearby university zone. I had a pleasant and relaxing time during my stay at Porto.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The reserve next to the hotel was a stunning place to spend the day, if you're into wetlands and stuff. The buffet had a variety of dishes, so there was at least something I could stomach.
They must have really loved those dead trees and rainwater ponds in the back yard, because the mosquitos sure did.

The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the breakfast provided was great. Lastly, the staff was helpful and friendly during my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The view was incredible from the balcony, and the Wi-Fi was amazing. , the location was excellent as the beach and university zone were easily accessible.
The staff had a hard time speaking English, making communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers. the mosquito problem was overwhelming, and I had to constantly deal with bites throughout my stay.

Good location, close to beach. Friendly receptionists, despite limited English. Dinner had variety and was tasty. Great value, convenient for both city and beach. Basic but comfortable rooms.

The location of this hotel is great! You can easily walk to the main beach and to the town. It's very convenient to be in the center of Grau. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good enough to start your day.
The receptionist is quite rude and not diplomatic when it comes to room suggestions. It's a shame that such good facilities are hindered by poor service.

The room at Hotel Porto was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I was delighted to find that the bathroom had been recently repaired and was in excellent condition. The hotel offered a variety of delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner, ensuring that I never went hungry. I particularly enjoyed the selection of meat, seafood, salads, desserts, and ice cream available for dinner. The rooftop pool area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. Although the hotel's Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, it was a small drawback considering the overall tranquility and peacefulness of the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach, which I found to be quite enjoyable.

The coffee was great and the pool area was nice to relax in after a long day. The location was also convenient, being close to the beach and town.
The receptionist was awful and made me feel uncomfortable by repeatedly referencing the low cost of my room and insinuating that it was indicative of my financial status. the hotel itself was uninspiring from the outside and the surrounding area was run down.
